Our Story

We are Family...

Willow Tree Kindergarten & WTK OSHC is a quality, family-oriented provider of Early Learning and Outside School Hours Care, proudly serving families across Rosemeadow, St Helens Park, and Kentlyn.

We’re thrilled to be celebrating our 15th Birthday, a milestone that reflects many years of trusted, community-focused care and education. What began as a single service has grown into a network of nurturing learning environments, while remaining committed to the values, relationships, and personalised care that have always been at the heart of Willow Tree.

At Willow Tree Kindergarten, we nurture and educate children aged 3 to 5 years, laying strong foundations for lifelong learning through a grassroots approach to education. Our program is inspired by children’s natural curiosity, encouraging exploration, discovery, and meaningful play in a warm, supportive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging.

Our WTK OSHC services now proudly operate across Rosemeadow Public School, St Helens Park Public School, and Kentlyn Public School, providing high-quality Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs that support the needs of school-aged children and their families.

We are incredibly proud to be a longstanding part of the Macarthur community, walking alongside children and families as they learn, grow, explore, and thrive. As we celebrate this exciting milestone and have expanded into new communities, our commitment remains the same, to provide exceptional education and care in environments where children feel safe, inspired, and valued every day.

Parent FAQ

We pride ourselves on high-quality education and care. We know our children and families very well and love to ensure our families have a sense of belonging and always feel welcomed.

It’s like having a home away from home!

All of our educators have been with us for a very long time, which means we don’t have a high turn around of educators, which is very important when building relationships with our families. Looking after our community is something we are very passionate about and we are very much involved in our local community, primary school community and charitable organisations.

It’s best to contact us directly at our service. That way we can assist you in calculating your gap fee aswell as any other information we require to get the enrolment process started.

We provide All meals and drinks at all of our services, nappy wipes, sunscreen, most incursions and excursions (a small fee maybe required to go towards a particular activity), STORYPARK subscription ( online parent portal)
